The Benefactor Scheme

Thanks to the generosity of our many benefactors The Lightbox was able to complete capital fundraising, reaching our target of £7m at the end of 2007. That was a fantastic achievement and could not have been realized without significant public support.
As we are a registered charity we have to raise a high percentage of our running costs. One way of doing this is through our Benefactor Scheme.

By providing a regular commitment, either through a monthly or annual payment, you will be helping us to deliver and expand our programmes and activities and to make use of our wonderful building to full advantage. We hope that we can also provide some real benefits for you as a thank you for your generosity.

Platinum Benefactors have access to:

  • 8 invitations to all exhibition private views.
  • 10 free tickets to paying exhibitions during the year of membership.
  • Invitations for four to The Lightbox' exclusive annual Director's Dinner for patrons and artists.
  • Access to curatorial advice for purchasing works of art.
  • Credit, where appropriate, on printed material and on the website produced by The Lightbox throughout the year of membership.
  • One free evening use of The Ambassador Room.

Gold Benefactors have access to:

  • 4 invitations to all exhibition private views.
  • 6 free tickets to paying exhibitions during the year of membership.
  • Invitations for four to the exclusive annual Director's Dinner for patrons and artists at The Lightbox
  • Credit, where appropriate, on our website and on printed material produced by The Lightbox throughout the year of membership.
  • Access to curatorial advice for purchasing works of art.

Silver Benefactors have access to:

  • 2 invitations to all private views.
  • 4 free tickets to paying exhibitions during the year of membership.
  • Invitations for two to the exclusive annual Director's Dinner for patrons and artists at The Lightbox.
  • Credit, where appropriate, on our website and on printed material produced by The Lightbox throughout the year of membership.
